  • All work in Multicam is reset. Edius 9.31

I have a problem with Edius 9 that I cannot solve. Sometimes, after mixing video in multi-camera mode, Edius resets the whole work, on which I spent a lot of time. I do not know what is the reason for this behavior of Edius, and this is a big problem for me.
I don't know where I can handle this problem.

The cuts remain, but the upper video from Track C2 and Track C3 are deactivated. This is seen in the screenshot I attached.

It looks as if you are still in multicam mode with C1 selected. Go out of multicam. Do those 2 tracks become active?

So, you are saying that your system does not release when you come out of multicam mode.
I also don't see any camera selections on your screen shot.

Watch the video for a really quick run through of Multicam.
                Quick run through of Multicam.mp4

As you can see it functions properly here.

Yes, I understand how multicam work in Edius. I have been working in this program for 10 years.
I recorded a video, where you can clearly see the problem.
I work in the sixth sequence, but when I come back to the previous sequence, I see that my work is discarded. I don't know at what point this happens and the reason. But the sequence number 2 is not damaged

First off you never mentioned multiple sequences.
I can see the problem, I just don't see a solution. You may have 1 or 2 corrupt sequences.

I don't know if doing more than one multicam sequence per project is the best option for timeline retrieval in case of an issue, but that's your choice.

Did you try opening earlier saved versions? You might be able to find a working sequence from either the back up or AutoSave folders.
Others may have seen this before, but I haven't.

I have not experienced that and I do many multicam sequences within the same project

I did notice in your video that the project is seen as "read only" and that the hard disk is 95% full (dangerous)

it looks like the entire two upper tracks were muted with 0 key on main keyboard

example, select the track header of camera 2 and then Ctrl+A and then toggle 0 key (don't test this on a working multicam sequence), however you can click Undo if you do

meanwhile, test all your autosave files to see if all are muted?

                              1) I opening this project from AutoSave to show the problem. On my laptop, the disk is 52% full and this problem also happens.
                              2) I decided so too first, but no. If this were the case, there would be gaps in the bottom track. My bottom track is all video pieces are active.
                              This cannot be repeated manually.
