    Edius 9 not working after Windows update

    Hi!

    I having a really big problem...

    My Edius 9 stopped working after the last windows function update.

    When I doubleclick on a clip in the bin - no matter what sort of clip - Edius crashes!

    All drivers updated and complete new installation did not help.

    Any suggestions what I can do?
    I contacted the support already last week but I raelly need a working editing software so maybe someone here has an idea?

    It works fine here
    i updated to 1809 last week
    System Asus WS Z390 Pro MB, CPU i9 9900K, 32gb 3000mhz Ram, EVGA GTX1070TI, BM IP4K Win 10, BD Burner 1 Evo 840 and 4 Hotswap caddies
    Plugins Vistitle 2.8, TP7, NB TFX5
    Monitors Samsung 32 inch tv as main 1 LG M2350D,1 D2343 1 DM2350D as output to (3D) IP4K, PXW X70,Canon FX400

      it means the Win update deleted a file needed by EDIUS

      uninstall EDIUS without deactivating and reinstall the latest 9.31

      the whole process of uninstall and reinstall will only take 2min
