  • Impossible to generete proxy files from Prores 4444

Please could you add the possibility for generating proxy files also from Apple Prores 4444? I was very surprised that the Edius does not support generating proxy files from this film industry recording format.

Proxy generation seems to fail due to the the alpha channel in the 4444. (the fourth 4 designates alpha)

GV support have already been notified of the issue if I am not mistaken.

I'm sure the fourth 4 is the Alpha channel - too much single malt!

ProRes 4444 scans color 4:4:4 with a color depth of 12 bits and an alpha channel that can store up to 16 bits per pixel.
