  • Trackpad not responsive on timeline

I have a problem using the trackpad with Edius 8.52.

I use a mouse and a trackpad in combination with the keyboard to navigate etc. I use the trackpad to move from left to right on a timeline. It works perfectly in Resolve and Premiere, but for some reason in Edius it takes a second or two to kick in (as in I scroll left and it doesn't scroll until the second or third try). I am not sure why this lag is happening. Does anyone have any ideas?

I really hate using track pads but I tried it on my laptop and it was ok. It must be something about your track pad setting.

A mouse, track pad and keyboard...thats 3 hands right?
I am like David, I hate editing with a track pad. That is why I carry several different mice with me. I have my laptop set to disable track pad whenever using a mouse.

But it does work fine if I use it.
