how many times do you see it activated?

You cannot deactivate or change licences using that web page, it just lets you look at what you have used. You have to deactivate using the EDIUS licence manager on your computer.
If you have lost a licence because of a hard drive dying or some other reason you need to contact either your reseller or Grass Valley to reset the licence info.
