problem with Edius DVX and edius pro 3.6.

Hi...
I have problem with Edius DVX and edius pro 3.6.
my system worked correctly without any problem but one day when i want work with edius pro , i can not run this .DV capture program is not run and this massage apereanc(no found canopus product).I am Install this card on the other system, and the first everything is correctly,but this problem apereanc again.. perhaps this card is RANDOM .
I use driver 1.00 c.PLEASE HELP ME
