  • Edius 9: I look an animated filter

Hi, I have a map with some cities and I'd like to highlight one town with an animated filter. For example, a circle that moving from big to small and stopping on the dot of the city. What filter could I use or which program? I have Prodad Vitascene, Herogliph 4 and NewBlue. Thank you
