yes, when exporting a clip and you want to overlay source TC, it will start at TC:00:00:00:00 after export unless you make a change in playback settings, and this was never the case in any version prior

After 10+ years someone discovered it was doing SFA. I dont really understand why it is there it doubles up on the other settings. In fact thinking about it, the whole design (Overlay/Export/Playback) that we have got used to is not really logical.
