Vista tweaks - do they exist?

Some years ago David Laborde wrote up tweaks for Windows XP; their aim was to speed up editing, They can still be found here: http://www.videoguys.com/WinXP.html

Has anyone written up tweaks for Vista yet? If so where can they be found and what are they? Or are today`s systems so fast that nobody bothers?
