unzip the attached file and place it in C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\HandBrake to overwrite the useless existing one

use my Handbrake presets, select the 1280x720 one but change bitrate from 2500 to 6000 in the video tab as seen in attached

for DVD export, in your case with EDIUS7, you have to change project setting to 720x576 50i 16:9 upper field Lanczos3 HQ, then make the DVD, when done, switch project back to 1280x720 25p
Thank you very much Anton. Zip file working very well.
I've also try out export as Grass Valley HQX and then Start Encode.
After Encode Handbrake, MP4 image looking good.
I only have to practice first and I'm afraid to broadcast without experience about working with this system...

    • I would NOT tick Web Optimised. As this is going to play from a specialised server ie 1080 dot Airflow, it is totally unnecessary and may even cause issues.

it won't cause issues, web optimized means the file info is at the start of the file where it should be
