Render and Shift+Q is gray and cannot render in Edius 9

Hello Friends

I work with Edius 9.0 and rendering options is gray and not working . same issue reported on my friends pc .

Edius 9.0 or 9.1
Project info :
SD 50i or 25P
clip details : 1080p or SD Pal

*I did import my project from Edius 7 and I did'nt create my project with Edius 9

anybody can help ??

Are you using the trial or a version that you purchased?

Yes , I use trial version .

i purchased version 4 before
