What will the HQ Superfine codec be?

The pdf `How to` guide to the latest AVCHD converter refers to a Superfine codec setting, not currently selectable. Is any further information available on what this means?

I'm guessing once it's unlocked, the bitrate will be higher. You can use custom to set your own bitrate.

Has to do with the bitrate and "magic Q" settings. Essentially it affects the calculation precision. The higher the precision, the more "work" is involved in encoding/decoding.
