  • Ripple added audio track ?

No matter what timeline setting I try I can't get an added audio track, "ripple down" the timeline with the video track. is the only work-a-round by doing any addition audio work only after all other editing is done. Gary (Edius 4.13) by Guy Graphic.....

    try this:

hold shift+alt while dragging the clip you want to move, everything to the right of the clip being dragged will move, as long as sync mode is on

if sync mode is off, only everything on the current track will move with the clip being dragged, this can come in handy sometimes

Make sure nothing is in the way for the end to ripple all of the way to the last clip. In other words the audio may run into another clip before the video does.

Anton's suggestion is a good one and does come in very handy. Be sure you are selecting the left most clip when doing this. If the audio is a few frames farther to the left than the video it will not move.
