  • How to make single channel audio dual?

    Hi guys, normally I have 2nd operators use my equipment but I used an operator recently who used his own. His audio tracks only appear to be single channel R. he said they make it dual channel in post.

    How do I do this in Edius 8?

      You can use either pan or use the sequence mapping.

        If the R audio channel is mono then I doubt you can extract to stereo.
        Maybe create a second mono channel and copy the audio to this channel.
        Out/export these channels as though they are stereo. At least you will have audio in L & R speakers.
