Educational version?

Is there an upgrade path for an educational version. I remember seeing one but now can find it. The media class I teach would like to upgrade to a regular version so video's can be sold.

Last I checked educational versions cannot be used for an upgrade.
The EDU price is very low as it is.
IIRC the EDU price for the full version of workgroup is about the same as a regular upgrade.
