burning dvd off timeline in 3.62/chapter points??

when i burn a dvd off the timeline is there a way to put in chapter points where when they watch it, they can hit the skip button on the remote and go to the next chapter point i mark?
someone told me to use the V key and make the blue triangle markers, but that doesnt do anything.
any help on this??

You have to check the advanced settings when you export with procoder express...there is an option there that will do the job....I think it is called ''Use Marker points if exist''

This only works if you encode to a VOB file in Procoder,
not to an 'Elementary' or 'Program' Stream.
