Drag and drop lifts

I acquirred EDIUS Neo a few weeks ago. Since the begining I cannot drag and drop the horizontal nor the vertical lifts to move the content of a window.
I that normal to all EDIUS software, or is it a trouble, and which one?

I'm not sure what you mean by "lifts"... which window(s) are you referring to?
