DVX doesn't work with ATI 1950!!! Overlay doesn't exist. When I replaced x1950 with x800xt ,dvx start work fine.

It should work. I had raptor RTX2 Max- it was working with X1950 Pro very nice. You probably changed graphic card in already installed system. You may edit Canopus.ini file or change overlay in settings with restart of system.
