How to reduse audio noise?

Hello friends....i m using edius 8.51 ..with latest update...one of my audio clip has a noise like a fane , generators...or etc.......so is there any way to reduse this noise from audio clip with the help of edius or any other filter??

As an example, I use the Wavearts Master Restoration Suite. To reduce noise on voice overs, I use MRGate_64 and MRNoise_64. These two plugins work wonders.

Jerry, how does WaveArts MRS compare to the noise reduction filters in Audition?

I use both. But, Wavearts is a plugin within both Audition and Edius. I think Wavearts, MRNoise along with MRGate gives me the best result in both Audition and Edius. The noise reduction is comparable, but the combination of noise reduction and an adjustable gate, makes all the difference.
