  • Best AAF settings for export to Premiere

I know this question was asked many times but I found only old threads. So... What settings do you use to export your project to Premiere?

I use the attached. Premiere should load just about every EDIUS can load so link to the clips, provided you don't have any mixed frame rates of clips on the EDIUS timeline (such as 50P and 25i). EDIUS won't export mixed frame rate timelines.

Thank you David. So RFC1738 is the best for Premiere?

To be honest I don't know what that number means. I start off with the no 3 system preset which links to clips instead of making copies and then untick legacy at the top, because when legacy is ticked it only exports the clips on track 1. It has worked well for me importing to Premiere so I keep on using it.
