Is there a place where users can post suggestions for improving the program?

Here's one:

The color of scroll bar buttons is too dark, not easily distinguished from surrounding. It's nice that it turns blue when in use, but it could be lighter when not in use. Since sometimes the timeline window has them on the right for the tracks, and sometimes there aren't any, they should be more easily seen.

Also note that there are a few improvements in the soon to be released EDIUS 8.5 update. Good idea to check it out. :)
