  • Photoshop CS3, no where else to post this

I know this isnt the place to ask this, but theres really not a forum for photoshop.
I use it alot with edius.
Ive been using photoshop 7.0, but am upgrading to CS3. is the interface the same?or is the difference drastic in appearance and are there alot of new features in CS3 over 7.0?

Cs3 has a lot more features , Little thing that make the work flow faster , I use CS3 Extension .The interface colours and pallettes have changed , need more powerful pc to run CS3 , but for video work in general AP 7 will do all you need for video. You will have to look if it is worth it to upgrade or to use the money for another app.

If you can get the CS3 Production Bundle for cheap as an upgrade, go for it. AE7 is great, CS3 is a bit better in some regards, especially the multi processor support...but I can't really comment on CS3 and windows since I am using the OSX version. It's been flawless for me.

If you are familiar with Photoshop 7.0, CS3 interface is still the same. More features - but, if you aren't using them, they won't bother you.
