I have a shooter who shot a wedding for me with the Sony FDR AX-100 as a cover shot. He shot in 1080 for me. the pictures were great but I had no audio. I looked at another one he shot for me it too had no sound. Its ok because they were cover shots but what is the best way to confirm theres no sound? I wonder if it may be embeded or on a channel somewhere that Edius nor VLC can see.

AX1000 will shoot stereo or 5.1 in AVCHD but only stereo PCM in XAVC-S. What file did you get from him. If you got the card let Catalyst Browse bring into the PC.Ron Evans
