Activation Not Working.

I've just download the trial version, but when I run it for the first time and enter the SN I've got from grass valley, it shows a window with an error.
I'd really like to try it.
If someone has any input on what to do, I'll appreciate it.

Do you have anti virus running, if yes switch it off or add Edius to exeptions.

Without the error message it's difficult to say what the problem is

I stopped the antivirus. My computer is online, and nothing seems to work on the activation.
I have attached a jpg of what I get.

Any help will be appreciated.

I've had that message.

1. Sometimes Copy and Paste doesn't work.
2. 0 or o

Those two have stung me, but rarely.

can you check your PC Time and Date, if they are out, you will get that exact error

often Time and Date are out when mobo 3V battery is weak or dead
