edius 8.22 install problem

After bad uninstalletion edius 8 (delete files and folder manualy).download end try to install EDIUS_8.22_0623_DL_Setup.the instalation process install first Licenses manage end say "setup successful".After this edius is not installed.Try to clean registry ,folders,temp use registry tools but nothing exist.

Did you try showing your hidden folders to make sure you deleted everything right?
It's really important to do a proper uninstall. Did you use the licence manager to deactivate your licence before reinstalling?

I try to install trial version of edius 8.22 .find all edius files end folder end delete this.clean all edius keys from registry.
