Dropping Clips from the Bin to Specific Tracks Not working in 4.54

Hi guys, I don't appear to be able to drag clips from the bin to anything other than 2VA. It's crazy, worked before this update. If I drag a clip to 2VA then grab it again I can place it on any of the other channels...just not directly from the bin...which is a pain...

Anyone else seen this and is there a solution?

Make sure that in the track name area the little box with a "V" in it is not darkend. :)
