Issues fixed in this version
EDIUS no longer requires QuickTime for Windows to be installed as part of the installation or update process.
XDCAM clips can be displayed in Source Browser in order of connected devices.
The Intel Quick Sync Video hardware encoder does not work when printing to file.
Vectorscope shows incorrect X and Y values when editing a 4K or QFHD project.
Font size unexpectedly changes while editing text in QuickTitler.
EDIUS fails to print to tape if EDIUS is in an inactive state.
Relinking offline clips does not work properly if the frame rate is changed.
Transparency is not drawn correctly on the timeline when a transition is applied.
EDIUS freezes when opening certain project files.

Fingers crossed it has fixed the annoying fade problem on captions etc where the luma jumped (sometimes).
MESSAGE TO WHINGERS E8 has been out for a year and still E7 is getting updates - well done GV - credit where credit is due.
Now if you can just make sure the Promo pens at IBC work properly, I'll be even more grateful!!! I have a posh silver and grey one here- its awful worse than even the Sony pens- and that is saying a lot. OK so that is a whinge.Comment
