No one has made rude comments to you. People are simply pointing out that you don't listen, and even worse, don't even tryout what is being suggested.

I have given you a number of tips across a number of your posts, and you have totally ignored or not even acknowledged some of them. Now that's rude.

And if you are going to have a go at someone for suggesting that you need to brush up on your understanding, learn more fundementals and use Google. Then have a go at me, it was me who first suggested those things to you on another post a while back, not Pat, and it most certainly wasn't rude or anything that GV have to be accountable for.

In fact, Pat took some time to give a long informed suggestions list trying to help you. And you havn't even acknowledged him.

Bottom line. You treat the forum as an online manual that's at your beck and call, don't listen to people, constantly get defensive in the process, and you are the one being rude. Acting this way will not get you any useful help from the many forum users who know what they are doing.

As I've said before, you simply do not have a grasp of the fundementals needed to be offering the services you do. Point in fact, all your online videos have ghosting, something I pointed out to you a while back that was indicative of a similar symptom/issue you were having, and you never acknowledged my help then either.

You ask newbie type questions all the time, which isn't a problem if you were in fact someone who is learning to become a something. But you profess to be someone who is making money doing video productions. In which case you really should know more than you do and be offering a better understanding of the services that you are charging people for.

As Pat has said, you're the only one in the room. Take a step back, have a good think about things, do some learning, then come back and engage in a more informed manor. This is a great forum and it really does help those who help themselves and others.

...and at the risk of having the post deleted, on another thread you ask how to change the track height. Had you bothered to use the HELP function and searched you would have found the answer.

If you had read that and needed clarification or advice -fine but you just want the forum to be at your beck and call.

You wont bother to read this but I will type it anyway, it is not a sin to creative have prowess and little technical knowledge. I regularly work with a Top international Musical Show Director - his technical knowledge is limited, he knows what he wants and employs a team to create it covering crafts like Lighting, sound and video and that's after the show has been put together by the artistic team. However when you are not in that marketplace You need both the Creative and technical skills and that means having a command of the basics. And therein lies your problem yet when you are constantly being told this, your response is to complain to GV.
I wonder how many here should complain to Adobe that they never got their head around AE no matter how much they tried?
