    Well deserved thanks.

Anton you are a star. You must spend hours hunting around in Edius to discover these sort of things. Thank you. Your contributions are very very welcome.

One more new in 454 (for me).

When you make an doubleclick on any fade you can open up
the settings-dialog. So there is no more need for the information
      windows to stay always open.

But are you telling us? Are all these new features in the documentation? Are they in the read-mes? In the Manuals? Or do we have to rely on other users to unearth them for us, and only find out for ourselves by active participation in this forum?

Keeps the forums alive don't ya think? ;)

Actually, we have to relay on the folks that write it to keep us up on the changes and fixes... they have never been very good at that but as long as they keep us moving forward I will forgive them. :)

                      Anton,

I am on 4.54 and fail to see the purpose of this feature. I unticked and ticked and there was no difference. Please explain what is the reason for even offering this in Edius?
                      Thanks,

Unticking the add between the In/Out was something I was looking for. and thanks to Anton. He came across this and I am pleased. If you leave it ticked it will add the title between the in and out pt.

                          Mule,

Like I said previously, ticking or unticking makes no difference. When I shift+enter the title goes where ever the timeline indicator is parked. The same whether it is ticked or unticked. Am I missing something????
                          Thanks,

If you have the in and out selecting the whole project, then place a colour matte on a track it will fill the whole project length between the in and out !!! A real pain until I realized I had to clear the in and out before I did this. This new feature avoids this problem. Great.

                              Ron,

With all due respect. Your response makes no sense to me!! I am trying to add a title on the title track between in and out. Whether I tick, untick, clear in and out, add in or out seems to make no difference. What am I missing here????
                              Thanks,
