What bout pip
Use the Layouter instead. It is worth the effort. And actually, it is not difficult to use at all. You can scale, pan, crop, zoom and turn within one tool. If you like to, you can do this in 2d, but also switch to "3d" to turn pictures in a kind of 3d room.
You can make PiP as you did before with the 3d PiP: place to videos above each other. On the upper one, go to Layouter, scale down the picture size and place it anywhere. You can make keyframe animations as you could in the 3D PiP tool.
Try it! It is like changing from a bycicle to a motorbike: seems complicated at the start, but you will soon like the greater opportunities!

hi guys you can use 3d pip in other way in edius 8 also.we made some of the preset file in which user can use pip with in out and with frame like edius 6..no9 need any thirdparty plugin..if anyone want to see can send mail us on [email protected]
