@ Sherri do you have other editors using your system? If so can you check if the profile was switched from yours to theirs?

Because if that happened you just need switch back to your profile and your presets will be back.

no. my system is my own. I edit for other studios but it's my computer in my house.

I think something happened when I shut off the system. :(

Understood. Do you have more then one profile?
If so It would not hurt to switch between them to see if you get the presets back. :)
