    Hi Anton,

in Liquid we can modifiy the position using drag an drop.
Liquid will sort it, like a windows explorer do this but if you move it manual (via drag an drop) it stay's on the position where i want.

Maybe we can talk to a product manager of Edius (maybe some guy is listening) to implement a view features which are realy great in Liquid. Edius 6 has got some "Liquid functions" and for me personal i must say, edius is a good choice if you swap from Liquid !

(.....never thought that i will say this :-))

I am pretty sure that this behavior is a Microsoft Windows problem

in webdesign, I overcome this by using "javascript history back"

maybe there is a similar fix for windows?

Got it! We are on the same page now but Anton's visual took me a second to sort out! :)

Yeah I do agree with the OP, this would be nice to stay where they were.

Tabs? now that is interesting, I must go and look where they are hiding

switching from one bin to another with tabs like Firefox sounds interesting

Just select another folder in the bin and then reselect the folder in which you had scrolled down. That folder (the one in which you had scrolled down) will put you back at the top (not scrolled down at all).

OK version 4.5 and 4.54 on a test system

    Both do this

The bin is on the root of the bin tree if you will............

I have not tried this with a sub bin......

closing and reopening the bin with all your clips in is the way the bin jumps back to the top and you have to scroll all the way down to your last position.

    TIME LINE DUMPER?

If you are shooting a wedding and use the start stop button on the cam then batch capture your individual clips you will end up with more than a few.....I suppose it depends upon the way you shoot the wedding or event.......

anyhow the bin staying where you last left it would be helpfull
