How to create Print to File Presets

I'm constantly using the same export settings to create either DVDs, Blu-ray disc or MP4s for YouTube. At the moment I'm having to manually add settings for these in the Print to File box. I see that there are 3 options that I could be using:

1. Current Default
2. Recently used
3. My presets

I'd like to know how to add to these, particularly My presets, so that I can have these 3 separate export settings available with a click rather than recreating them each time.

Click on the Disk icon at the bottom after setting your preset
This then saves to my presets under the name you exported
