    Since there seems to be some confusion on what the EDIUS warranty is, here is the latest info.

    Grass Valley provides 90 days warranty support on EDIUS from the date of purchase. Customers should call the numbers listed at (Scroll to the middle of the page and click on the Support for Professional Products Tab), or use the online support form.

    For license activation error messages – see

    Basic info must be provided which include product serial number(s) software/hardware versions for warranty verification and contact info. Failing to provide the basics requirements for support may result in delay or lack of response due to lack of contact info necessary to provide support. Initial email responses by Support to the customers (if ignored) will be closed out in 3 business days).

    When a customer is out of warranty, they should contact their reseller for further support.
