DV & D1 blur issue

I working on a DV project right now with DV clips, anything render out from TMPro animation will look blurry, it will look sharp it you change your project to D1, but then if you have any color correction filters on any clip it will look soft and blurry, this is really a pain in the butt having to work around this problem, I wish they come out with a fix already.
