Is there a way to save the sequence header format for use in another project? I want to set up the timeline in the next project with the same number and kind of tracks that my current project has. It would save a lot of time if I could give it a name and call it up in the next project. Thanks.

Go to SETTINGS<>System<>Application<>Project Presets
Select "COPY", a new project preset will appear
Select the NEW project setting
Select Modify
Set up the number of tracks as per what you want and perhaps change the name to something that identifies it specifically
Next project use this setting

Barry, thanks, but I could not get this to work. Seems like everything I try to do in Edius is way more complicated than it was in Liquid Edition. I see 8.1 will allow us to use an entire project as a template. Maybe that will work. That way when you use that project preset you will have the same type of tracks and the same number.
