Which "Stream"

I've been doing Blu-ray lately and forgot my work flow from procoder express...is it program stream or elementary stream...Gary, Thanks

AFAIK It doesn't really matter unless you want controll over the audio as a seperate file. That is the only difference.

Elementary is two files (audio and video)

Program is one file (muxed video and audio)
