Does anyone know the phone number to call for the edius 8 work group upgrade questions. I called edius (on their egular line) and the person I had talked to was a little clueless to the free upgrade.

    Thanks in advance,

    Dano

It takes 10 working days, so I would not worry until 14 calendar days have passed.

I filled in the upgrade form on July 16th, received email confirming free upgrade on 17th, then W8 serial and download details arrived on 30th. Total: 13 days from confirmation. So you should hear very soon.

                Update

Any chance they may extend the update? I just found out about it!
