Edius version 7.31.962 - Added One Transition and Video Now Stutters

Do the clips match the project settings? Why not run Edius 7.5?

Edited: Upgraded to 7.5, went through the same steps, and no video stuttering.

It's been a while since I have worked with Edius. Just purchased version 7.

I know there may be several factors at play, but for now, I will just say what is happening.

Working with a SD project. Added one transition, Alpha Custom Map, and the video immediately started stuttering on playback. Deleted the transition and it still stutters.

Added this transition because I could not find the fade-in and fade-out buttons via User Settings.

Computer is a new HP Workstation, Windows 7.

Edit: Did a bunch of UNDOs and got playback working. Made one ripple delete between in and out markers and it is back to stuttering.

Video card is a Nividia Quadro K2200.
