Is this going to be fixed soon I wonder, and this is under view > Pause Field = upper field, which Layouter isn't taking any notice of, it is still doing full frame but badly.

Whether the external monitor is displaying anything is a red herring, Layouter simply shouldn't be like this. It happened somewhere after E6.
Yes I do see the output on the TV but I am adjusting the picture looking at the layouter screen in stop mode, not the external monitor which is there just to confirm how it looks in play.
