  • lip sync problems

I am running Edius 7.2 on Windows 7 Pro and I am having lip sync problems.
Everything is in sync in the timeline. Have Edius set a 1280x780. This is for the web.
On print to file I am using Windows Media HD 1280x780 and when I play back in Media Player audio is at least 2 frames or more out of sync.
Should I try another format to save to or any suggestions are welcome.
    Jim

is there any filters on your audio clips? some filters cause a delay after export to file

No, no audio filters. I have now put the video files into a Mpeg 2 and though I would have preferred a different format I no longer have lip sync problems. Not sure why.

I don't use the windows media exporter in EDIUS because it causes a soft looking result

if I need wmv, I export to HQ Fine or Lossless and then use TMW5 to make the wmv, it will be razor sharp

what was your intention for wmv? If web, I would use mp4 made with Handbrake (free)
