You can turn off synching backgrounds between different Win 8.1 computers by hitting the Windows key and typing in 'synch settings' and turning it off in there.

If you want different backgrounds for different screens then this video explains how to do that

There is a setting somewhere to turn syncing backgrounds off. I can't remember where it is right now but I remember seeing it. Has to be in the user account somewhere. Hopefully it was not something I saw in the Windows 10 settings and am misremembering.

in years gone by, GV supplied high res for all resolutions, now lately they supply low res highly compressed jpg for some reason?

Yes but I can only set one background. That background is synced across PC's because it's done through the MS account... Windows 8 terminology Anton :)

Yes it is. Might be able to Photoshop it

the person who designed that wallpaper did not test it, because the grass valley logo at bottom right is cut in half (hidden) by the taskbar
