Tutorial for Print to DVD 4.5??

Hi all - not sure if my last post got passed over in the thread below-

anyone know if there is a tutorial for the Print to DVD section of 4.5 ??
I want to personalize some of the features..
(Mainly the background image and to take the thumbnails away so I can JUST use titles on ONE page... instead of 6 thumbnails across 4 pages ( mostly 20 chapter DVD's)
