Sorry David
Mind out of gear
Go to Keyboard settings and select "TRACK" in the Category
Go to "Extend Mixer Track display"
Hope I got it right this time

Barry thanks for the help. I'm trying to accomplish something else. Maybe I didn't do a good job of explaining. If you look at any video track on the timeline there is a number, a "V" and then an arrow beneath. If you roll over the arrow it gives you the set keyboard shortcut of "Mixer" (Alt + W). I set the same function on my old system (5.5) using the hyphen key. I can't seem to do it on 7.2. I would like to hit one key and then the Video track toggles between opening (where you can click "mix" and activate keyframes) and collapsing the Video track. Ideas?Leave a comment:

Go to the keyboard assignments and go down to "Toggle Audio Mixer Display"
Hope that helps

Need help with a keyboard shortcut
On my old editing computer I used a keyboard shortcut (the underscore or hyphen key) to toggle between the timeline "Mixer" which on my new system is alt + W. I don't see this option in user settings / keyboard shortcuts. Any ideas if / how I can change it? I'd rather use the one key versus two (plus I've been doing it this way for years).Tags: None
