    fixing android video inedius

    had someone email me some videos from an android phone. the videos are sideways and elongated. any way of fixing this?
    i put 3d pip filter to turn right way but the image is stretched.

    you would rotate 90 degrees with layouter, and while there you can untick aspect and change the width so it looks normal

    Warning: if you add the android clip to a HD timeline and rotate etc, then switch to SD, the rotated clip will look totally soft and out of focus, this is a current EDIUS bug awaiting a fix

    to solve, render the rotated clip in HD project with Shift+Q and then you can switch to SD and all will be well

      i see no aspect box to untick, can turn no problem, but looks stretched
