No audio fix on edius 7.42.2!

So your windows7, 8, 81 play find with every audio/video on the planet!
And why Edius 7 Pro DOESN'T?!

Fix the damn thing for good.

1. Shut off all AV/Malware Apps (pesky for Edius installation!).
2. Uninstall Edius (prefered a professional uninstaller (a better app than windows uninstaller).
3. INSTALL EDIUS 7.20 (full installation), restart of course.
4. Update to 7.42, restart of course.

Voila!

This is a false on grass valley with the 7.42. They did this on purpose and whatever reason it is, It is a stupid one.

PS. I test and restest as much as 5 times with this and it still works!

Instead of going off on a rant, how about providing some information of the project, properties of the clip, and post some screen shots.
You could also post a short sample of the problem file for us to test.

I guess a re-installation of DirectX would have been fixed this much easier & earlier.

Totally agree. It's what I do and besides proper known bugs, I never have any issues with Edius.

BTW. To Rath and your post. What is the point you are making? If it's a question you are asking, it's not very clear, and if it's a statement you're making, that's not clear either.
