My first edit in 7.42 -> audio question

Working on my first project in 7.42.20 after upgrading from 5.5 (what a difference). I'm dealing with a monster edit that has 24 tracks of audio. Is there a keyboard shortcut so I can lock / unlock all the audio on the timeline?

1) Click trackheader of A1, then hold shift and click the last A-Track
2) Now click with right mouse on top of Sync-column an select "lock selected tracks"

do you mean ungroup so you can move or select and adjust each track independently of the other? if so, click ungroup in mode bar (or use Shift+L)
