Edius 6, Local User Profile Dissappears

Hello all,

Twice recently I have had a profile just disappear from Edius. When launched EDIUS seems to want to create a new profile and none of my user settings are present. I keep a copy of the profile so I just reimport it but has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone know where exactly the local user profile is actually stored on the computer? I looked in the EDIUS program folder but nothing jumped out at me. Thanks.

store location depends on OS, if Win7, look in users/username/appdata/roaming/Grass Valley (make sure view hidden files and folders is enabled)

make sure that folder is excluded from the anti virus program
