    Converting into AVI xvid / 30 fps

    Hello community,


    i must convert a fullhd 50p avi (canopus codec) into
    a:

    1024x600 AVI
    aspect ratio 16:9
    frame rate 30fps
    audio is mp3
    audio bite rate is 190KPBS 40HZ
    video is xvid
    bite rate 1240 KBPS
    data rate 1200 kBPS

    which software can i use ? free software ?

    XVID (H263) conversion is not a big deal.
    Virtualdub can do that fine for you.
    Biggest issue is the frame rate conversion.
    I would ask if 25p would be also ok?
    What is the target device the clip is intended for?`
