  • The " Glow " effect

    In another NLE there is a transition effect called the " GLOW " effect , what is this effect called in Edius and how is it performed ?

    use Dream Glow, then choose a preset such as soft glow

      There is nothing native for transitions. I can give you 'shinning filters' that are native for Edius but no transitions:
      Glow Effects.zip
      Just download, unzip, and import each file into your effects palette.

      As Anton posted, NB does have 'Dream Glow.' Vitascene 2 from Prodad has a lot of Glow options. Look at the screen shot:

      If you are looking to use this effect more than once or twice it would be to your advantage to invest in some 3rd party filters.
      You will need a decent video card as well.
